Sam is a junior at Carnegie Mellon University, where he studies Business Administration and Organizational Effectiveness.
Since high school, Sam has been exposed to and worked with companies in consulting roles. These experiences have given him a unique ability to spot potential in emerging firms. His consulting background coupled with the hands-on, analytical education imparted by the Tepper School of Business have enabled Sam to recognize key success markers in early-stage organizations destined for growth.
Sam enjoys playing running back for the Tartan football team at Carnegie Mellon where he earned All-American and Academic All-American honors. In addition to spending time on the field and training, Sam contributes to student athlete health and wellness by serving as a Plaidvocate, hosting educational workshops ranging in topics from stress management to life after sports that help student athletes thrive at Carnegie Mellon.
Sam’s primary investment interests include medical devices, biotechnology, and wearable technology.
